Releasing non native ants in the UK is strictly prohibited, should you no longer wish to keep a non native species please do not hesitate to contact me to arrange collection
I can no longer look after my colony, do you rehome?
Of course! if you can no longer care for your colony then please get in touch as soon as possible. We can arrange a collection for you and take them in. We will find them the most loving home.
Do you offer LIVE ARRIVAL
In short YES but there are a few criteria which must be met.
1 You must not miss the first delivery attempt
2 We must be made aware within 12 hours of delivery.
3 A clear photo/video of the Queen must be shown in original packaging/test tube.
4. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure you provide the correct address at checkout, if a parcel is lost or arrives DOA due to incorrect information being given we cannot take responsibility.
5.If you are using a forwarding address we cannot and will not take any responsibility of the package as we have no control over it.
Do we ship outside of the UK?
We are now happy to say YES we do ship outside of the UK! However due to BREXIT and ROYAL MAIL delays we are now unable to guarantee live arrival ,therefore orders placed outside of the UK are fully at the customers risk . We will of course strive to ensure ants arrive in the best possible condition and are packaged correctly. Once we have a better handle on shipping with brexit and delays are less likely we will look at re applying Live Arrival.
I paid for Next Day Special delivery why have my ants not arrived ?
Next Day delivery is a service provided by Royal Mail, this means that your purchase will be delivered the day after we fulfil your order here at AntLady Head Quarters. Occasionally we need a day or two to process your order and ensure your ants are in tip top health and tubes are travel safe. Weekends Are excluded , no orders are processed for weekend shipping as Royal Mail do not operate of a Sunday and have limited delivery's on a Saturday.
